  • Salad today.
    Homemade soup for tomorrow - stock made from chicken carcass (so yummy chick bits) one chopped leek, handful frozen sweetcorn and some spaghetti broken into small pieces. DD thinks it is the best - I feel a bit of a cheat! Will have with slice of toast. Kiwi fruit (5 big 'uns for £1 on the market) chopped into portion of my fave rhubarb yoghurt
  • Back to work today so M&S Tomato and Basil soup for me - but I did buy it when it was half price and it has been sitting waiting in the freezer for today :-) AG

  • Bit late but was a cupboard (freezer) lunch for me today as I was able to come home. Turkey & Chocolate chilli with tortilla chips. Yummy :-) AG

  • Tinned tomato soup today with pitta bread (pack of 6 for 50p at last night's M&S barganous shopping trip) plus and this is the exciting bit today.... a cream eclair from the pack of four that the OH bought as a treat for yesterday - won't help with any weight loss but yummy!
