  • Ooops forgot to update on here!

Monday was away so not pack ups

Yesterdays lunch was a ham sarnie, yoghurt, apple, orange and banana

Today was ham sarnie ( again! ), apple, tangerine, banana and a little teeny bit of carrot cake as I'm trying to be good :D

The plan is that I make enough stir fry tonight to bring in leftovers tomorrow as a little sick of ham sarnies now!

  • How will you cope :D

I don't know but I managed it and was really hungry by the time I got home after work and via the gym!

No 'main course' lunch today as sandwiches will be provided at work for a lunchtime meeting... so I just have the accessories: satsuma, pear, banana, mini cheddars, yoghurt.

Going to double up on chicken pesto pasta tonight so that I can fill some lunch sized containers... one for Friday and a few for the freezer.

  • Had enough stir fry last night for leftovers so todays lunch is chicken stir fry, an apple, satsuma, banana and yoghurt

Not sure what to do about tomorrows lunch as have no sandwich fillers left, making fajitas tonight so there might be enough leftover, if not then I have a pack of stuffed pasta in the fridge that needs using so may cook that and bring it in. Hopefully I should do another week with no bought lunches :D

  • Didn't eat any of my fruit or yoghut yesterday as one of our suppliers brought samosas in!

So today I have value chicken noodles and sweet chilli sauce (no bread left after doing DHs sandwiches) yesterdays accessories, plus a small piece of christmas cake.

No breakfast this morning as went to the dentist - just spoiled my nice clean teeth with a cup of tea!
