I think it's funny that you're saying you'd never shop with Littlewoods after this but you want some vouchers, what are you going to do with them? :rolleyes:0

its now monday 12:40pm 30th April 07 and the goods have now vanished from the garden path. I just contacted customer services yet again, was placed on hold, rang a second time, and requested compesdation. was advise to now write in to head office. Littlewoods customer services are really rubbish. I wasked for a email address and was advised to use the email address for internet shopping address, but dont want to shop!!

I'm pleased that your problems are over, Lee.

I was not happy when Argos delivered my matress between 9 and 12, instead of 1-4. and took a king size matress into my neighbours house
I didn;t give permission for this, and also felt embarrassed having to ask for the matress and could they help me bring it in.
Sometimes the delivery drivers have not been given permission to do this0 -
i agree, my cousin use to be a delivery driver and he informed me he was paid per delivery, so it was in the best interest of the delivery driver to palm it off to someone, than returning back againTrinidad - I have a number of needs. Don't shoot me down if i get something wrong!!0

i have experienced this sort of thing on more than one occasion. my next door neighbour works for an airline and is away quite a lot & up till recently she would stick a note on her door telling any delivery drivers to deliver goods to me- i wouldnt mind if she had asked me in the first place, and if the goods are fairly small, but some of the stuff i got was huge! a big king size bed, a plasma tv, and a dining table are the ones that immediately spring to mind. when the dining table was delivered she was away for a month- i kept it in my house for a week then stuck it in the cupboard outside on the landing. when she came back it was missing & she went mad at me but as i told her- i was having to climb over it & lift my dd over the bloomin thing every day to get outside the door as i live in a tiny 2 bed flat. funnily enough she stopped putting the notes on the door after that! i really dont mind taking things in for my neighbours, but dont take the mickey!2011- new year, new start.
