I have not really considered teephoning them. Their first and only letter informed me to make all communication with Littlewoods through correspondence only. I dont think customer service is dealing with this, but i will telephone if i do not hear from the company in two weeks time.:money:

I've just read your thread from start to finish, poor you they really have mucked you about.

Hope you get your chq. I think you were way too nice. I would have left it outside after the second/third day. If it went walkies then tough there is nothing they could do. TBH I would have tried to get some profit from it if they messed me around lol!

I know how poor delivery companies can be ( and before the delivery guys carpet me, I know its not the best of jobs). I worked for a company a company selling electrical goods delivered straight from the manufacturer. I spent loads of time chasing lost/damaged goods.

My favourite is someone who rang the delivery company to get the goods delivered two doors up which the delivery company did. Then payment failed and the customer uncontactable. Delivery company wouldnt accept liability and we had no proof of delivery. Oh and customer changed her name as well.

Littlewoods are always leaving my packages behind my garden shed, So I report them missing eveytime they do this, and get another one. One day they will learn.

I received a message on my answerphone yesterday, informing me "I had asked one of the girls to raise your cheque, but not sure why, but will ask for it to be raised again" mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. lets see

Hey, guess what i receive today? thats right, my compensation cheque for £30.00, and look back at what hoops I had to jump through, to get it, dam!! never again will my path cross with Littlewoods again. At least now I can put this to bed, thanks all and keep money saving.
