This company is a scam and these 5* reviews are all fake.
This company has a dedicated team deleting negative reviews on their facebook and twitter page within minutes but does not deal with complaints, ignoring emails and not answering the phone.
They deliver through Royal Mail and offer Sunday delivery (which Royal Mail don’t do!). They quote terms and conditions/ small print when questioned on this…
The flowers will be in the cheap flimsy box in the mail system for >24 hours and when received will be wilted and dying.
The bouquet was the worst I have ever seen. Imagine those ones you see in the supermarket at the end of the day with the £1.99 reduced sticker on and still looking like a rip-off. This is what you will get, except they won’t be for £1.99.
PLEASE do not risk the upset and anger you will feel dealing with these con people.!

Agreed. Thats their business model.
They know they're going to get tons of complaints because they know its a scam. But its in their interest to make an effort to delete these complaints.
Less complaints more people will go to the website without the knowledge that they are scam artists.
Offering delivery on Sunday when they know its not going to happen is scandalous. Cant imagine how many people were let down this mothers day.
Fortuantely, they cant delete these posts on here.0 -
I too want to spread the word about Prestige Flowers- Their behaviour towards customers is appalling - as I have already written in their own Review site - see APPALLING APPALLING APPALLING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY posted by myself on 12/5/15.
Their flowers are grossly overpriced, poor quality, delivered late. with no hope of redress when you ring them - 'You accepted our Ts and Cs when you ordered your flowers, sir. You need to send us photographic proof of poor quality to make a claim (they should realise not all elderly recipients have digital cameras or Ipads. No, you can't speak to my superviser and no, she can't make outgoing calls.'
Their 'service' is rubbish and I hope that by spreading the word, their company will be forced out of business.
Perhaps, you can see that this 'bunny is not happy' and is in fact mad as hell!!!0 -

Standard behaviour from them. Not heard of anyone whos ever managed to get a refund...0 -
PRESTIGE FLOWERS VERY POOR QUALITY, EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER "SERVICE", ZERO CHANCE OF REPLACEMENT OR REFUND.
My wife received a very expensive bouquet, present and chocolates from them recently. Many flowers were virtually dead on arrival. A referral to customer service was met with rudeness and repeated reference to their unreasonable and unfair terms and conditions not supplied to recipients. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

I had a similar experience; it is organized theft. Mother's Day flowers offer, looked great in the photo, but delivered dead flowers - far fewer than photo- and a field of greenery, NOTHING like description. I complained, they offered me a £5 voucher towards future purchases (as if!) and flatly refused to refund or replace. This is their standard response btw. My Mum died just afterwards, I was devastated that her last Mother's Day was ruined by these !!!!!!!s. Even after I told them this, they still refused to refund. Evil, nasty people. The complaints process is a game for them, they'll send you round in circles for weeks, just for the hell of it. Look them up on Trust Pilot to see 100's of equally terrible reviews.
HOW TO GET A REFUND: The ONLY way to achieve this is through your credit card company or PayPal. It took me over 30 emails and 6 weeks, but i did get my money back.
;discussion/4348303]Look at their website. Looks good. Implies you're going to get Prestige flowers delivered with care from a local florist. Prices are definitely Prestige.
What you actually get are flowers in a box in the post. Yes, really. They rely on the postman to deliver these. So much for paying a premium for hand-delivered flowers....
Just ordered flowers that turned up 3 days late.
And dont get me started on their postal charge. It says free delivery all the way through. You enter delivery address, message etc then just as you pay they add on a delivery charge.
How many people get this far and think sod it I've done it now?
NEVER EVER AGAIN.
No point complaining via twitter. Keep an eye on their account. Loads of complaints but they delete them as fast as they appear.
0 -

they seem pretty lazy about deleting complaints on Facebook though0

Mine were actually delivered by courier, on Mother's Day as promised (a miracle I now realise), but they were dead anyway and nothing like what I ordered.0

I DID! After following advice for someone else on Trust Pilot. It took forever and it didn't come from them, but I refused to let it go on principle. I just posted on how to do it - via your payment method.
Personally I'd pursue it even if it's months ago; present them with all the evidence of this being a regular scam. Check out Trust Pilot or just Google 'Prestige Flowers reviews' and you'll be overwhelmed with evidence. Then complain to Trading Standards too. They can only act if enough people complain.
As a new user I can't post a link, but if you Google Trading Standards UK it comes up with a page to find your local office.0
