The corsage was offered with satin or pearls - requested pearls and was told it was solely dependent on the availability at the florist. I think this is very misleading on the website.
I continued to check that the order had been processed. Today - the day of delivery, the day of the prom - no flowers. So, emailed to check where they were and was then told that the florist could not deliver for today and so our money would be refunded. I now have two very disappointed folk getting ready for their prom tonight!
I certainly will not be reordering from this site ever again and suggest others don't too, to save your disappointment! It is a shame for the local florists who rely on this business.
Corsages for a prom?
Really?
In this day and age?
My niece went off to her prom last week in a fab frock with no yearning for a 'corsage'.
I would suggest that the lack of boutonniere & corsage is a shame but surely is just a small part of the enjoyment of a prom
Maybe educate your offsprings not to put so much importance on tiny things.....0 -

Got a big thing about this sort of "take it or leave it" service where companies will take an order then if they decide they can't or don't want to deliver they can cancel and refund nothing lost. As in your case, they then leave the customer inconvenienced.
BUT, as I'm sure you can see these people are scumbags...0 -
I know this is an old thread but I can safely say they have not improved!
Prestige flowers review, I ordered a bunch of roses that arrived dead and droopy, absolutely nothing like the website photo, I tried to complain but they simply just fob you off! so what ever you do DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM PRESTIGE FLOWERS0 -
An old thread about Prestige Flowers, certainly, but one justifiably renewed every time someone has a justifiable complaint about Prestige Flowers. And of course, search engines trawling the Web do get around to MSE and posts about Prestige Flowers such as those which say:
Do not go anywhere near Prestige Flowers
and that has an effect on updating Prestige Flowers' results for anyone seeking information about Prestige Flowers.0 -
Expensive bouquet purchased and extra paid for large blooms. Small flowers supplied and all were dead within 4 days. Sent photo to Prestige who advised that T&C state photo must be received within 48 hours of delivery. Seems they are not interested once they have your money. Terrible customer service.
I advice avoiding this company.0 -
I had a bouquet of roses and lilies delivered from my son who lives abroad. They arrived the day before Mother's day and they looked lovely but within 2 days the roses had drooped, had black patches on the petals and basically died. 5 days later the lilies still haven't opened and have started rotting.
I tried to ring Prestige Flowers on both numbers several times but told each time the lines were closed. I emailed on the Monday, attached photos of the flowers and again on Weds but still no reply. I haven't told my son ( who ordered and paid for the bouquet ) as he would be upset at my disappointment but I feel I have to tell him so he never uses Prestige Flowers again and waste his money!
I've read some dreadful reviews of this company and I can clearly see why people are so disappointed:mad:0 -
So many things wrong: bunch was much smaller than advertised, arrived a day early, promised chocolates were missing......the worst thing was that they were half dead! Instructions were included to 'revive your drooping roses' which I thought was strange, but made sense when I looked at the roses. I followed the instructions......roses still dead the day after delivery. The company will not reimburse and do not seem to actually care. I believe they delete poor reviews from their website as they have all excellent ratings (which I find suspicious). The flowers were not cheap either. AVOID!!!0

Hi all I have had issues with prestige flowers they sent out a bunch of flowers and within a few hours the roses started droping the next few days they were dead I emailed and complained and was offered a £10 voucher to which I declined I wanted my money back as they flowers were dead. Told me they cant do a refund etc so I opened a dispute with PayPal and today I got my refund back so if you have been fleeced and paid via PayPal complain to them and open a dispute takes about a week but I have my £40 back in my account. I would totally avoid this company and nothe give them the time of day their customer service is shocking and their attitude to customers is awful Google them and you will see all the complaints!!!!!0

I ordered flowers from these and they were not worth the money.
I tried to get them to resolve it but they refused. For three months I was furious as I have never lost on a customer complaint and I've done a few.
Three months later I decided to revisit as it was still playing on my mind and told them I wanted a dead lock confirmation as BBC watch dog were investigating (they wernt). I then got the following message from them.
"Hello. I have found your order. I apologise for the delay it encountered. We wuold like to solve this matter without any further delay. We would like to offer you a complimentary boquet of flowers, of your choosing and of simialr pricing, which we will deliver in the large size to an address and on a date of your convenience. I apologise again for all the inconveniece this has caused."
I suggest you don't give up and threaten them if you feel you are in the right0 -
Ordered a medium bouquet for a colleague that was leaving (£25 + £5 delivery that you only notice at the end) . The bouquet arrived on time, however, it was a small bouquet with 6 roses just (not at all looking like the picture). Almost all the flowers had faded petals... I was very embarrassed!! I contacted Prestige Flowers, send them the picture of the bouquet and they just offered £5 back and told me to remove the faded pedals and put the cut stems in boiling water... I don't think I will buy flowers from them again...0
