My dog thinks my bed is his too. He sleeps on my pillow....like a furry helmet at 3am when I wake up sweating and wondering what that snoring noise is! Wouldn't be without him though.

Had a fairly good day today - got loads done and managed two dog walks and a little run with another stroll with the pooch to come after tea.
Apart from packing I am now ready for Xmas - the house is clean and tidy, my hair is dyed, the presents are wrapped, the car is cleaned and full of petrol and the last minute jobs are done. All I have to do is find some clothes to wear for the 3 days I'm away and I'm done.

Not had an awful food day so far - better than the last few days - and have a quorn fillet and a jacket spud in the oven as I type. Lets hope I don't descend into a sweetie frenzy later :p

I'm trying to limit the damage of the time spent at mum's and am also taking my running gear with me in the vain hope that I can escape the family for half an hour and get some exercise in. Probably won't happen. She's already rung and said we're having a chinese tomorrow evening - scoffing even before the big day comes! Will just have to grin and bear it......

Have a great Christmas ladies and we'll all be in it together come the 27th :)

    :)

My OH won't let the cats sleep on the bed - they wake up and go mad at 5am - so they have to sleep downstairs (where they appear to sleep much longer). Once we're awake they're allowed upstairs. I love the weekend mornings with the cats snuggling up on the bed!

Hopefully everything will be done before I go to bed - I'll have to dye my hair tomorrow morning though (I hate doing that). Have a great few days away :)

Uh oh...I'm in the sweetie frenzy zone :(

Its not my fault, I was just sorting out the fridge and this half eaten bar of chocolate started jumping up and down on the shelf coz it was cold...so I had no choice but to rescue it and put it on the arm of my chair to warm up ;)

I'm all done for xmas now, pressie's are wrapped, house cleaned top to bottom, hair was dyed last weekend :D I spend the day at my mums so dont have to prepare any food etc

I'm at work tomorrow but finish at 12.30, had a few messages tonight saying we are going to the local pub for a pint afterwards but I wont be staying out long.

Found an old unused diary in a box today and I'm thinking I could use it to record my daily spends from Jan 1st along with a running total of my balance, doesn't matter if the dates don't actually match aslong as I record every penny..does anyone else do this and does it help you control your spending?

I was thinking thank goodness mine dont speak.

How are we going to track the losses? PM are you happy to insert our weekly or monthly updates into your opening post? Alphabetical lists work well in terms of saving time etc. Alternatively we could just put in our postings?

Have decided to give the Paul McKenna book a try.

    Evening everyone

I dont mind at all, how would you prefer I did it? The total loss for each individual over the year? or give a total for each month? for example

    TOTAL LOSS FOR 2013
    pm2326 - -1lb

    or

    pm2326 - Jan (1lb), Feb (2lb) March (3lb)

    Ohh thanks, much appreciated.

    I'm easy..... don't tell anyone!

I do quite like an individual and total loss. If we all posted what we wanted in RED it should be easy to spot and copy and paste? Just a suggestion :)

HH Loss to date for Dec = 0lb, total 0lb
