Morning - Well done on the gym, even if the view in the changing room needs changing..lol.

I joined SW last year and left because the class was so rubbish - was like a clicky coffee club..was hard enough joining yet alone trying to then be part of a club that clearly i did not fit into...so left. Not sure about WW may do something after all festivities...anyhow..

Love how we've all just hopped aboard :D!

I went to the gym on Tuesday for the first time since September :o and I was rubbish, but from past experience I know it takes me about six weeks to see an improvement in fitness and a change in body shape. I'm going again today and I am publicly commiting on here to go every three days for the next six weeks. I only need to lose about half a stone really so it shouldn't be THAT hard, yet somehow it is!

PM - I'm a bit worried that your MSE needs will be overlooked on your own diary :D. Why not post up your soa here too, then we can all have a look through while we're doing our sit-ups and see if we can give you any tips?

yes I think you should put a 50p in a jar each time you force yourself to the gym.

I need to weigh this morning but I am scared!

    Evening everyone

Is'nt the weather lovely...pity we aren't all ducks!

Trying to type this on my laptop while cat makes herself comfy on my knee..its getting a bit awkward.

My next night out is tomorrow so I've dyed my hair reddish brown and painted my nails fire engine red!

Anyone tried those new body suits from belvia that are advertised on tv? I bought one today and was in hysterics when I took it out the box to find its about the same size as a 6 month old's babygrow but then it stretched to fit big old me....funniest thing I've seen in ages even if I nearly gave myself a hernia trying to pull the bloody thing on lol!!

Happynow - I'll do a SOA this weekend but in the meantime has anyone got or had an overdraft with Lloyds? I want to start repaying mine next year but last time I checked they wouldn't just automatically reduce it for me each month. I want them to reduce it by at least £50 a month as it doesn't matter how many times I pay some off, its far too easy for me to 'borrow' it back when I want to buy something.

The alternative is that I save the money in another account that doesn't have instant access and pay it all off in one go then cancel the overdraft. but this would take ages as the overdraft is £2100.

Anyone got any ideas of another way round this??

Just had a lovely brekkie of scrambled egg, bacon and 2 mini hash brown waffles...yum yum!!

Off to do some housework...will update later x
