Think it was about 3 or 4 months. Cap 1 are one of this worst for dragging things out and putting off replying if they can.0

Thats handy to know - i'm trying to claim from Cap one through the FOS.
Sent a letter to FOS on the 2nd April, they have acknowledged receipt and thats it so far.
Seems it going to be a long wait though from the above posts0
