Morning! Its really nice to see so many newbies and there is all ready get of few crossed of things for people today.

Rach - congratulations! How exiciting! Very happy for you!

My plan of getting up early didn't work, don't know if I'm coming down with something or if going to the funeral later is hanging over me - its such a horrid situation and more than likely we'll be going to the persons sons funeral in a few weeks too as he is very poorly. Plus its chucking it down, am waiting outside of church as have no one to have baby whilst service is happening so will be wet if it doesn't stop. Feel like a can't get going, have a foggy head, really need to jump in the shower before baby gets back up.

Anyway, have just FORCED myself to spend 45 mins doing jobs
    Clean floors
    [STRIKE]Clear and wipe kitchen surfaces
Wipe window sill, clean any marks off window if required
Dust any extra furniture in dining room, checking for cobwebs on way round
Wipe dining table (clean table cloth if necessary)
Sort fridge bringing what needs using soon to the front
    Clean microwave
Clean cupboard door fronts and the front of appliances - did today
Wash the washer drawer out if it's gunky - did yesterday, stardroped my whites and it made a mess![/STRIKE]
Clean oven if you didn’t do it last week - want to wipe it later after I've done jacket potatoes
27 fling boogie, grab a bag and clear that clutter!

Plus daily list - done 10 (DH does some before work) just need to make beds and tidy rooms, feed dogs (turned their noses up at dry food, fetch meat), hoover downstairs and mop, make chilli (meat defrosting) and do 1 load of ironing from yesterday
    Aldi shop
    Funeral
Hoover upstairs (not been done all weekend and need to stay on top of it)

Right must get showered, stood here in dressing gown and chip pan hair - nice!
Lightbulb moment 15th Feb 2007:doh: Now Debt Free and plan on it staying that way!

    Baby on board!:D

Hi all , I am new to this thread but it's a real motivator! Can anyone explain how I list the tasks in my reply and then put a line through them??

Just done kitchen floor whilst baby was asleep.

    Thanks in advance

I have managed to get the big kids out the door this morning without making noise, so the little 2 yrs old squirt could stay sleeping.

By 9:45 I had not heard a peep out of her yet, so I went to check. (you start thinking strange things as a mum when kids don't wake up their usual time) She woke up from me coming through the door, poor thing!

But she had a great sleep!

In the mean time I have managed to hoover and clean the floors downstairs which makes me feel so much better already!
The kitchen is tidy and reasonably clean. it's the inside cupboards that need doing but no time for that today. I need to get ready to go to work now.

Have a good day all!! Holland is lovely and sunny today and forecasts say it will be like this the rest of the week! HURRAY!!

My windows are sparkling as well by the way. I got a new window cleaner in this weekend, and he did ALL the windows on the outside for only 1 pound more than the old one used to charge for just the top windows! I went ahead and cleaned all the inside windows downstairs so I can actually enjoy the lovely flowers in my garden again without the usual haze! :D

Welcome to the newbies. This list is definately a great motivator!

Well, as i said, time to get showered and dressed for work.

    Catch you later!

    Becca
