Morning lovely Flyladies & to all you newbies - looking forward to hearing your daily stories of trying to tackle clutter, kids, wirk, etc
Yes I've been hiding for a while as I have seriously fallen off the wagonLove the new levels and will start at one and work my way up (not down like Pigpen :rotfl: !) Have got swimming with DS plus pre-school and I've lots of errands to run so lets see how I get on.
Have a lovely day everyone!Punky x0 -

Well good morning to you all!!
I am back, and plan to be back with a vengeance!
But with a different attitude i hope. I've been pretty depressed lately, and the atmosphere in this house was not nice. (putting it mildly)
I've been at odds with stepdaughter 1, which didn't help, and on top of that I was frustrated and angry that nobody in this family seems to care whether the house resembles a pigsty or not.
It is SO frustrating when I'm busy all the time to keep things neat, and it all gets messed up again as soon as the others come home. The only way I can think of to ease my mind, is to maybe not care so much. Don't really know HOW to do that yet, but still.. I could try. I've tried the getting them to cooperate, asking them, telling them, ordering them, shouting at them.. and nothing works. It just adds to my frustration.
So if I can take the frustration out of ME, it will at least improve the atmosphere. (I hope)
Any tips you all have would be welcome.

I did try FLY once not long ago but I failed miserably. I think my mistake was to try to do everything and then when i didn't manage it, I became totally demotivated and just gave up. Not so this time. Got my realistic head on. Lucky for me, the kitchen is the best of my rooms 'cause I have a wee baby so I try to keep it clean for his sake.Small OPs are better than no OPs
