    I have now got the same e-mail, even though I spoke to them this morning and was told that the candle was despatched on Monday.

    Me too? Uggghh so annoying, hope the person I spoke to was right and that my stuff has already been dispatched! Now they are closed and we won't know anything till Monday:(

    My order was placed a WEEK ago! Really bad form to tell me this morning it had been dispatched, only to get the email this afternoon, sounds like a very chaotic way to do business, still, just think of all the 'bits' they've sold to us added to reach the discount threshold. May have been better practice to inform us of the situation BEFORE filling any part of the order, rant over :p

    I've had a cancellation email today as well. Got the roll of gift wrap on Wednesday that I ordered to bump up my order. Rather they had cancelled the whole thing.

    I recieved my order yesterday, 2 x personalised jars of sweets and 1 x personalised chocolater bars :)

    I really like them, kids will love them! :D
  • Sounds like the bulk of the cancelled orders are for the Yankee Candles, hope everyone who had their orders cancelled gets a prompt and appropriate refund.

    Looking at reviews online, Hallmark seem to usually rate very well so it looks like this problem with their computer system has caused them some big problems, I'm pleased I chose to order some Forever Friends things now rather than the Yankee Candles... at least those turned up!

    I received someone else's order! A Mickey and Minnie Mouse thing with a sister thing!
    Wanted a Yankee candle!
    Was asked to return the wrong order received and they have sold out of my candle :o(
