Finally got through ..took about 20 mins. Candle was dispatched on Monday and tag as sent via Royal Mail. They said this time of year they ask u to wait 4 days

Just wanted to report that I recieved my full order from Hallmark this morning in a very large cardboard box delivered by our regular Yodel driver - very chuffed

I had put in 3 orders, and most of the items arrived today (with no dispatch email or anything). The only thing missing was the Jingle story book & buddy, which was showing low stock, so I didn't really expect it.
I got the Bigsby bear and storybook in one order, and I ordered the other bigsby books in another order - they are lovely, my little boy will love them! :j

I'm glad I checked here. I'm another they've taken payment from, I did create an account and after reading here I logged in and there are 'no previous orders', sigh. I'll be on the phone in the morning :mad:

Half of my order arrived (rolls of gift wrap which were all bashed and creased, and parcel just dumped outside front door in the snow by Yodel delivery driver grrrrr!). The other half (some Yankee candles) hasn't turned up yet. I have emailed Hallmark yesterday morning but they haven't bothered to reply as yet.

Only received a gift tag in the post yesterday. Called the 0800 number but they weren't that friendly and I was told to call the 0845 number - would not put me through. I was reassured that it was not a premium number and just 'local rate'. Spoke to someone friendlier on the 0845 number for 2 mins and was told my Yankee Candle was sent separately by courier on Monday and should arrive either today or tomorrow. Didn't open an account online as just checked out quickly as a guest - only received an order confirmation email and no despatch ones.

Why were they taking orders when they didn't have the stock available?

I made 7 seperate orders for me and mum, but all orders did not show up on my order history. I have made 2 calls in the week concerning this matter and was told they had all been dispatched on Monday. Have now received an email to say my orders had been cancelled. After another call have found out 2 of my orders have been cancelled as they have no yankee candles at all in stock!
