Similar situation for me. I ordered a mid size candle plus a box of tea lights. I got my e mail confirmation straight away. Yesterday the candle arrived with a packing note which just had that on. No mention of the tea lights. I called customer service and after waiting for ages to get through, they told me there was a problem with their system but someone would look in to it and get back to me. I'm still waiting!0

I've had 3 seperate orders and they've all been delivered next day no problem. first order for candles then for diaries and then for a willow tree figurine. Can' fault the service I've had0

I ordered twice, one order Friday and one Saturday(both under the same account) as decided I really wanted another Yankee candle. The web site had been updated as most items on Saturday were showing out of stock. Yesterday I checked my account and it only showed the saturday order but due to time I couldn't post or follow it up. To be honest I figured that they had cancelled it due to doubling up although I would of thought they would cancel the later one.
Reading these posts jogged my memory and I have just checked the status again. The saturday order is now showing as partially cancelled?. I called Hallmark and it seems that the order that is NOT showing on my account has been dispatched and should be received any day whereas the second order has now been partially cancelled but although it does show on my account they can't confirm what has been cancelled. :exclamati
The chap I spoke to was really apologetic was he said I should of received a dispatch email for order 1 and an email for order 2 telling me the outcome. He said that he would email the warehouse and enquire as to what had been cancelled and get back to me.
Not sure if that helps anyone but it seems the orders that don't show are dispatched!!0 -
I rang this morning and the very helpful girl whom I spoke to confirmed that. She apologised and said there'd been a glitch over the weekend, checked my order number and confirmed that it was ordered Saturday and dispatched Monday.Not sure if that helps anyone but it seems the orders that don't show are dispatched!!0 -
UPDATE TO MY EARLIER POST
I have just received the order that was confirmed as being out for delivery.
I DID NOT RECEIVE THE FULL ORDER, it was delivered by post and was just one wax burner candle!!! so it seems that they don't know what the hell they are talking about! What kind of system does not show you that the order is incomplete.
I really hope that some people at least get what they ordered or are they just using the system error as an excuse to get out of fulfilling orders.:mad:
It's always a risk we might not get a bargain so that I can live with but taking money, and no communication is something else.
BTW the note inside the envelope did not acknowledge the missing item.0 -
I placed in total 4 seperate orders over the weekend as under the terms & conditions on website with the code it didnt say single use only (I have a screenshot of this). 3 of my orders are not listed in my online account, the last order is listed and says cancelled but no refund recieved for this I paid by paypal.
Does anyone who's had a delivery know which company they are using? I have a calling card from yodel but don't know if it's from hallmark or my tassimo pods from tassimo site! Thanks0 -

I've just had an order delivered by a local delivery company - but not Yodel or Home Delivery Network - just a local company with a local name. If its any help they usually delivery Viking stuff.0
