Does anyone happen to know if the personalised cards arrive sealed?
I want to create a personalised card for my OH, but ideally I'd still want to write my own message inside so that it looks more personal.

placed 2 orders using different accounts.
1 account is showing order as cancelled, & the other is partially cancelled.
Emailed them to find out what's happening with the orders & awaiting reply.
The items are still in stock so it can't be a case of them not having the items available!0 -
Oh no, hope the orders don't get cancelled! I haven't got an email yet but didn't set up an account not sure how I can track....Less stuff, more life, love, laughter and cats!

I placed 2 orders but only 1 is showing in my order history and the status is acknowledged. The money has been taken from my pay pal account so hope I get my candles0

I placed one order and thats not showing in my order history and I have emailed them twice to try and find out whats happening with it but no reply. The money has come out of my paypal though

I too (as mentioned earlier in this thread) ordered as a 'guest' and have had no emails from Hallmark to date, however I phoned their customer services on Monday and again today and have been assured my order has been dispatched and is on its way, the woman on the phone today did say that "they are currently having problems with their system" so are not offering a tracking service at the moment.
So it might be worth you giving them a ring tomorrow with your order reference number between 9 & 5 and they can update you on the order status - if it helps there is an alternative landline number listed on Say No To 0870 to save ringing the 0845 number listed on the website - just ask to be put through to customer services.
As for those saying orders have been cancelled perhaps it might be an idea to give them a ring too - could it be because you have used the code more than once, just a thorght?0 -
Rang them earlier as couldn't see any orders in my history, but did get confirmation emails. The lady said their systems been playing up and would pass my details on to the appropriate people but assured me it should be fine? That's was a couple of hrs ogo:(0

Yes it sounds like their systems playing up could be to blame for people not getting emails and/or details not showing up in or dissapearing from the online account section.
I think ringing them to check order status and for reassurence is probably the best course of action, it would be interesting to hear from anyone who has contact with them and from anyone who has actually recieved their orders yet!0
