I didn't receive any goods and only got a partial refund.

still no refund from hallmark.. paypal claim escalated.. hopefully that will work.. very poor customer service from them!0

Seems I was lucky as I had the dogs and books no problem. Wnated the dog as a gift for a 2yr old but nothing on the box so I emailed to enquire and within a day or two had a nice reply back to say it was safe for that age.Great opportunities to help others seldom come, but small ones surround us every day. -- Sally Koch0
