No sign of the candle today. Spoke to customer services again who said they will contact their warehouse to obtain the tracking number and then email it to me - apparently it was sent by Yodel. Haven't had an email yet. I have learnt that they don't reply to emails so just have to call.0

Rang last week and was told my order was dispatched on the Monday.. here we are a week later and surprise, nothing has arrived..0

I phoned them today and they told me my order had been dispatched last Wednesday and to expect the stuff to arrive by this Wednesday.
Judging by everyone elses experiences I can't really risk that so have had to buy a replacement present for my sister. I hope no-one's relying on receiving their stuff before Xmas

really annoying.. between here and bon marche i'm £50 down and stuck in limbo with no replies to emails asking for refunds!0

Hallmark are absolutely disgraceful. After being lied to on the phone twice that my order was on it's way and waiting for a tracking number to be emailed to me to try to track it down myself - which was never sent - I have now been sent an email saying my Yankee candle has been cancelled. Not surprising I suppose after seeing other orders on here cancelled. They charged my credit card straight away and now I have to wait 5 days for my refund. All I have to show of this is a poxy gift tag. Won't be touching Hallmark again with a barge pole from now on, deal or no deal.0

Well after speaking to CS yesterday I was surprised to find my order actually turn up this morning. I only got the large candle though, not the sampler. When I checked my emails they'd sent one this morning apologising and saying it was OOS. They haven't yet refunded my Paypal so I'll be interested to know what they do - the sampler was just to bump up my order to £20 so I won't be pleased if they now try and charge me full price.
Pleased it turned up at all though, I must've been one of the lucky few.0 -

I ordered one large and one small candle 10 days ago. This morning I had an email saying that the small one was oos but nothing mentioned about the large one. I just called CS (took 9 mins to get through on an 0845 number) only for them to say that my whole order was oos and I would get a refund but they didn't know when as there was a huge backlog of refunds to get through! I'm so angry as these were xmas gifts and I've now only got a few days to find alternatives - why did I have to chase this up at all? Surely they must've known that my order wouldn't be fulfilled days ago??
I will never use them again and I'm looking for review sites to slate them on, people need to know how awful Hallmark are.:mad:0 -
Im so angry, been on the hold to an 0845 number for 5 minutes just to be told they are closed!!!:mad:0

No answer to my email but I'm finally showing a refund on Paypal, Lesson learned here, no way would I use them for anything in future, what a complete shambles :mad:0

Tried the 0845 number numerous times today first I was on hold for 5 minutes after which I got a message saying the line is now closed! Each time I have tried since it just says they are closed and open between the hours of 9-4pm. So angry!!0
