  • Same here. Ordered 2 weeks ago, got confirmation email then nothing.
    The money was taken from my credit card right away. Sent them 2 emails, no reply. Called just now,got told the number had changed.
    Called the new number and after holding for ages was told they are closed! What on earth is going on with them?

    I placed two orders on the 8th, got two confirmation emails but only one candle showing on account, got a cancelled email and then an apology saying it was a technical hitch.

    Was pleasantly suprised to receive both candles in post this morning, no gift cards though but for 40p will not be chasing up.

    So fingers crossed you will receive yours too

    Well it gets better! Today I've had an email to say they can't supply part of my order - the Yankee tart - which means my large Yankee candle is still on order. I've also had an email to say a partial refund is being processed via Paypal for £10.58. As the initial cost of my order was £11.25, I'm really intrigued as to what may or may not arrive now and whether I'll actually manage to get a large candle for 67p :rotfl:

    Received an email last week to say that they will do best to deliver as soon as they can and it was left at my neighbours today by Yodel.Hopefully like mine, they will start turning up for others this week as well.
  • I hope that this message gives a little bit of reassurance to those who have not had a cancellation email and are still waiting for candles.

    I returned home tonight and was delighted to have received a calling card from Yodel - parcels left with my neighbour. I have now got all candles and tarts except one (fruit fusion tart). I also have an email saying that the fruit fusion tart is OOS and a refund is processing. I have replied telling them that I would be happy to accept a different scent if one is available.

    I'm very sorry for those who have not received their candles and hope that for those still waiting this news gives a glimmer of hope.

    I ordered large jar and card last week, the card came pretty much straight away . I then got an email to say candle would be despatched early this week and it arrived today
  • Evening all,

    Had already received 2 gift tags, so did not expect any candles, but 1 turned up today! Well chuffed, thanks! Was supposed to b a prezzie, but cud not resist lighting it!

    Had a refund for the 2nd candle.

  • Fingers Crossed! I had one of the emails that apologised for an order appearing cancelled, that said my order would be sent the following week. (It didn't appear cancelled - said nothing in my order history) I thought hmmmm we'll see. Today I've got an email telling me my order has been dispatched! Hope other people's have, too.

    yes, I've had that too..

    I made two orders, once for me and one for sis.. she got hers yesterday so hopefully mine will arrive soon!

    and edited to add I've just had an email with a code for 50% off on personalised items due to 'things not going smoothly' with recent order..
