Was told on Fri that my candle would be delivered on that day or today - no sign, not surprised. Back on the phone on Monday it seems.

well I just got an email saying don't worry we are processing your order, but the girl on the phone told me it had been cancelled and they are refunding me! Sounds like they don't have a clue what on earth is going on. I am not expecting anything to arrive.

Told Friday definitely sent monday, but when I asked for the tracking it was not there for her to give me. I have emailed asking for it so I can track as it's not arrived, not holding my breath. Have paid by paypal so they have my money!

I placed 7 orders in total for me and other relatives and 2 have been cancelled and refunded via paypal. I hope the other 5 orders will come soon. Perhaps if you have not received refunds yet you will still be getting your orders

10 days on and still nothing here :mad: I've emailed them, as if at this time of year you don't have enough else to do.

Placed my order on 8th Dec and have yet to hear anything from them. They still have my payment, so I'm another one who's emailed them to find out what's going on. There Customer Service phoneline times aren't exactly Customer friendly either :mad: I'm out all day and can't get to a phone, so the only way to query this is via their contact us page.

I've opened a Paypal dispute now.....no sign of the goods and no sign of a refund forthcoming from them and no return of email message.
