    I made 7 seperate orders for me and mum, but all orders did not show up on my order history. I have made 2 calls in the week concerning this matter and was told they had all been dispatched on Monday. Have now received an email to say my orders had been cancelled. After another call have found out 2 of my orders have been cancelled as they have no yankee candles at all in stock!

    Been through exactly the same myself this morning :mad: CS told me the 2 items were dispatched last Monday, but I've just received an email saying I will be refunded as they are out of stock, what on earth is going on? Thought I was sorted with presents, appears not :mad::mad:

    Had the same non sense email - how could they confirm on WednesdayEverything had been dispatched when it clearly hadn't and how come some people be getting emails saying their orders will be honoured and others not if they have no stock..... Seriously ridiculous
    They should be reported,

    Ah well after being sent a 'technical hitch, order will be fulfilled' email this morning, I've just had a further email saying the candle has been cancelled :(

    Me too, had the cancellation email about half an hour ago.

    I gave them a call and was told it was the warehouse that were sending out these emails.

    I've also received my gift tag.
  • Had the cancellation e-mail. What a let down. They've offered a full refund for items not despatched yet, as i've receieved the few things i bought to bump up my yankee candle order (that i didn't really want) no doubt my refund will not be the cost of the yankee candles i am without. Grrr.
