    Just spoke to them, he said my order was sent out on Monday and as other people said there was a computer glitch over the weekend causing them not to be shown. He also said there seems to be a slight delay on the post (to be expected at this time of year really) so allow a few days extra for delivery.

    That is the number to call if you are a STORE. I queued for 8 minutes on Customer number is 0845 094594.....to be told - YEP you guessed it - my order has been CANCELLED! I should have got an email (ha ha - no one else has, right?). The girl processed my refund whilst I was on the line. She said they just brought out the Yankee candles and they have been soooo popular, the system didn't update....etc etc......but this is another website I won't trust to order from again. I would have been waiting around all week looking forward to this delivery and sounds like they would never have got round to tell me if I wasn't on this forum with you helpful MSE ers.

    They need to get their act together. I'll save my money and get something in the sales from an actual SHOP when I can pay and take my pretty little candle home with me....

    I've just called them and they said there was a glitch over the weekend that stopped emails being sent out and that most large candles are out of stock. She gave me a refund. There are no samplers in stock at all.
  • I just called as well, I ordered 12 clean cotton samplers Saturday night and she said mine were sent out on Monday, so on there way!

    I know but when you ring the 0845 number you are being charged for the call. When I rang the 0800 one, they put me through, and I didn't have to pay. ;)

    Well no one offered to put me through! Miseries!

    Funny how everyone on here saying 'how lovely' the customer service girls are - that's all very well and yes the girl I spoke to also was very nice and apologetic but we are still without our orders in a lot of cases, and NO communications from them to tell us. :mad:

    I used the 0800 number as well and they put me through to the right number. I agree that we shouldn't have to be calling them in the first place but at least they are giving good telephone customer service unlike BHS from what I have heard recently! Could be a lot worse!

    Have received just a gift tag..no explanation...don't know if candle will follow...don't know if I've been charged postage or anything.I am in a queue on phone

    Payment has not been refunded as yet
  • I've just recieved an "order despatched email" (for items ordered Saturday and actually despatched Monday) so looks like their email system might be catching up again now!! :)
