I've had a delivery today, containing a roll of wrapping paper and a gift tag. Nothing else is showing on the despatch note. The candle and cards will hopefully follow.....0

Received my Yankee candle and gift tag today but not the personalised card, received no email to advise order dispatched and can't check as didn't create an account with them just placed a one off order. Pretty good service though for delivery today ordered on Friday0

How can that even be worth their while sending out an order like this (and assume you got the free postage?) - now they have to send the order in 2 deliveries?Less stuff, more life, love, laughter and cats!

Good to hear people are starting to get the orders delivered, it must just be the system error causing the lack of communication then!
I suspect the reason that candles may come in a seperate package from the cards/tags/gift wrap would be down to the heavy weight and different types of packaging required for the large glass candle jars.0 -

logged into my hallmark account out of interest and my order is showing as cancelled. I only used code once. Money was taken from my account on 8th and after confirmation emails I have heard nothing further from them. Very cross!!:mad: Can live with missing out on a bargain, but not impressed they have my money!0

I made a order on the 7th no email confirmation, rang
customer service 2 days ago nothing on their system and they told me no order has gone through, i paid by paypal and money has been taken, said they would pass details on to relevant section and they will send a email but i have not heard anything since0 -
Same here - logged into my account to see orders missing; those that aren't missing have been cancelled and money's been taken for the lot. Phone calls to Hallmark unhelpful. Shame.0

Oh no! I didn't set up an account so I can't check my order. I did get a confirmation email and the money's been taken but have heard nothing since.
They'd better sort this out, if they're cancelling without emails or immediate refunds then that really is an awful service, especially when people are relying on their orders for Xmas.0
