  • Right ... heading off for a hot choc (said this last night & it was an hour before I got around to it!) - and then an early night as really tired again.

Might not be around at the weekend much so .... have a good one everyone!

Just for you .... very quickly (hot choc beckoning!)

    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/3612005

Spreadsheet in post 1 Handy Links box called "my free spreadsheet"

I've tweaked it a bit (changed the names of some of the tabs & added extra things to the regular payments sheet) but that's it!

Re supplements .... thank you so much:T - I'll do some research over the weekend (on what's best to take etc) and get back to you if that's OK?

  • OMG I am shattered .... didn't sleep well at all :(

Nevermind ..... off to see Maisie today :j:j and DM & DF too of course!:o

Need to get organised as didn't get around to packing last night.

Think I am going to separate the cats - we've made really good progress the past week or so and would rather not rock the boat too much or we'll be back to square 1:eek: As DM said last night, my lounge is bigger than one of the runs wee cat would have if I had to put her in the cattery & she spends most of her time in here anyway .... she'll be fine!

Big cat has gone out  - really hope I can get him back in again :eek:

  • *phew* breathing a HUGE sigh of relief that I logged into online banking this morning!

Sent a cheque to put last years' monthly saver (new boiler) money into a new ISA and appear to have written the cheque from my bills account and not my main account (where I had put the money into):o I didn't even know I had a cheque book for this account :o

Really lucky I checked as my 2 biggest d/debits come out on Monday and there wouldn't have been enough to cover both

Think I need to give myself a talking to:

    :wall::wall::wall::wall::wall:

    *talk over*;)

On the good news front ...... the cashback for the latest mobile claim is in already - I had a bit of hassle earlier in the week as when I checked the RM site for the RD it showed as "addressee gone away" & turns out they've moved .... phoned & a girl there said she'd put the claim through & it appears she has :T

So .... that's totally great as it's been added to the Emergency Fund .... which will be wiped out later today when I pay for the new TD *sigh*:rotfl:

    Hi Risin

I use the same spreadsheet and abandoned it half way through the year. I'm going to stick with it this year. I'm also going to try and have an emergency fund. So 2013 the plan is to be debt free and have that elusive emergency fund.

I was thinking about getting a bike as well as my sister's husband sells them and she suggested I get an electric one:D. I think she knows me too well as the bike would probably gather dust:)
