*sigh* - really, really need to try harder with groceries next year:o
Milk accounts for a staggering ... wait for it ..... £400+:eek: and there's really nothing I can do about that bit:(
Other stuff that I need seems to be much more expensive eg Oatabix are more than Wheetabix & no shop own brands to swap to etc
Bike ... wellI got it on one of these cycle to work schemes with the intention of getting fit!
Then I had my foot surgery and never got around to using it much .... I did get it out in the summer to use but it's got a flat tyre - sure it's just the value but haven't got around to taking it to the shop (need to figure out how to remove the wheel) to get it looked at ...... it's been lying outside for ages
so will need a good oil etc
Really must add that to next years' list - especially since I've put on all the weight I lost on WW earlier this year  and I've got all the "kit" ....:) Free exercise:T - just need to get Maisie to learn to run beside it:eek:
It's really only insured as I've done the 1st year when I pay for it and it then goes onto a hire agreement for the next 3 years (something to do with tax) but it was a minimal payment (something like £25) for the 3 years but if it gets nicked etc during that time I have to replace it ... and it wasn't cheap.
In fact - I love my bike and really must dig it out and get it in the garage! http://www.dawescycles.com/p-566-mojave-ladies.aspx (it's a pain if the cars in there which is why it's outside but it deserves better)
Ohhhhhh no:mad: I've got another mouth ulcer (sign my disease is active IYKWIM) - haven't had one for a couple of weeks so had hoped things were settling downGrocery Challenge £211/£455 (01/01-31/03)

mmmmm I know
I think I've just re-fallen in love
- really must go & dig her out and give her some TLC..... feeling guilty now as she's lying in the field at the back of my house (only place with a secure fence - no-one apart from me & my neighbour have access to it)
Might actually have to go & get her now I'm feeling so guilty .... it's chucking down tho':(Grocery Challenge £211/£455 (01/01-31/03)

mmmmm think she might have to stay where she is until next week
- one of the main reasons she's out there is that I can secure her to the fence ..... if she's in the garage, I have nothing to secure her too and it became an issue when I needed to leave my garage open for deliveries.
OK just now (as I'm at home pretty much all the time) but I have made 2 online orders today & will be away all day Tues as I've another hosp appt..... she might have to manage until Weds but I will def get her in then!Grocery Challenge £211/£455 (01/01-31/03)

Ohhh good news on the TD front!
DM went & collected it for me today from their local store :j (had a bit of hassle with the price matching ...... long story but got there in the end).
Hoping to go to DM&DFs tomorrow so will be able to bring it back with me!:j great as the washing's piling up!!
Lots of Maisie cuddles:D *sigh* really can't wait to have her home - she's been away for ages nowIt'll be a nightmare to get her back into a routine (as we'd only just managed!)

TD - well that'll be the Emergency Fund wiped out ... again . Honestly.... everytime I start to make headway with it (have replaced washing machine, oven, fridge freezer & now TD at an average of 1 big appliance / year:eek:) ......
Yup .... can't wait to see Maisie*sigh* - it's so odd her not being here (but not got the horrible feeling in the house when I lost Ben ....) - cats seem to have taken over everywhere and a bit worried we'll go back to the cat chasing when she comes home  ..... she's a sweetheart!
I speak to DM every night to check how she is ... and DM tells me how good (or not!) she's been & how she's having a fab time but and I know this will sound awful but that makes me feel worse. Not that she's having fun - but that I'll be taking her away from that when she comes home:(
Can't decide whether to separate the cats totally again - wee cat is spending most of her time in the lounge / big cat upstairs anyway and, although they've certainly been getting on better they're still having a couple of spats a day ..... mmmmm
Better go and work out what I need to take tomorrow!Grocery Challenge £211/£455 (01/01-31/03)
