Yup - same here ... no idea where they are now!0 -
I'd be where I am now as I married my first boyfriend.
By the way partner isn't to me the same as boyfriend/girlfriend. To me you live with a partner as if married while going out with a boyfriend/girlfriend.Lost my soulmate so life is empty.
I can bear pain myself, he said softly, but I couldna bear yours. That would take more strength than I have -

I had my first girlfriend I was only 7 years old, so no idea. I think we only went out for an hour right enough, so no long term damage from that one!
If you mean first proper long term partner than I'd be where I am now. An alone, social recluse with trust issues who over compensates by doing lot's of sport after being cheated on.0 -
A drug addict living in an alleyway, or probably dead. He went off the rails in a big way about 4 years after we split.0

Either having an affair or an emotional wreck. My first partner was male, and I am gay. He wanted kids and a council house, I wanted a university education and a career as a teacher with no kids of my own. I'd probably be living in the awful town next to where I grew up, in a dead end job, miserable and wondering why on earth I'd been interested in the first place.
Jeepers. Doesn't bear thinking about. Despite being here because of debt, I'm pretty content with my lot : )0 -
Probably tearing my hair out! My first 'love' became a fairly successful businessman, but I would have been the 'trophy wife' and had to move around to suit his business interests.
I think had I stuck it out I'd have ended up with no personality and no ability to make a decision! (But the house would probably have been spotless
