Free Sky+ replacement box only by email

Sky engineer has just left, we've got a nw PVR3 box installed, however it is a thomson one.but hey, not bad for free!

Thanks very much. I sent the email a week ago and today Sky have fitted a brand new Pace Sky+ box and a new dish free!!!

I have a thomson sky+ box which we have had changed 3 times now, but they never given another 12 months warranty with the new boxes, again we are having exactly the same problems as before, the box freezes and we have to reboot it, some programmes are not recorded, and failed due to power cut when the box is clearly switched on!!:mad:

Does this work for those boxes to or just the amstrad ones??

I have had an email back - they cant find me on their system - which is strange as they take money regularly out of my bank account every month :rolleyes: - they want more details - so I will provide and persist until I get a satisfactory outcome

Had an email by return today - they are coming out on the 29th April - to repair or replace faulty box
