Should be only a 80gb for sky+. Have you turn on Anytime TV settings in the service menu if don't work try a force software he should have done this.

i have just had mine turned on for half price six months (already had sky plus box through previous offer).would i still qualify for a new/used skyplus box as mine wont record/rewind etc?

Just email them no harm done from the first post you qualify anyway because you are their customer!.

I don't think it can as I checked the serial number of the box against those which can/can't receive anytime and the new box can't, so it must be an old, new box. Oh well - maybe one day we will buy a new one
