But £12 potted yesterday. Off to a slow start this year, but will hopefully pick up now Xmas is out of the way.

That's pretty darned good, ETO, I'd be happy with that much.

Hello Susanne, it's lovely to see you back. It sounds as though you've had a lovely time with the girls. Actually I see you're STILL there! You have a splendid time and enjoy it all.
little bits here and there over christmas and will be little bits for a few months as quite a lot on for a few months but still going!!

It's the little bits that mount up, out of debt at last. :)

Very good saving, WantToBeSE, and all best wishes with your job.

They and avoiding the £1 packs of four bars of chocolate is going to be my biggest challenge this year i think. Need make hole in tin smaller, it is just a bit temptingly wide at the moment :(

Well done on a good start, samley67! Don't ever worry about being exact with what you count, it's only to help encourage you..and others! Well, you've got your challenges ahead of you...onward you go, but please do make that hole smaller - or use something different maybe?!!

All the best with the decorating, nu1isit?, though I must admit, DH & I find you need the motivation first. :( Good thinking on culling first. ;)

Oh, DHelen, I do hope you succeed with aiming for between £7 and £10 each week, but even close will be good. You'll do it.

grass roots, that's definitely the way to save, very well done!

Hi Janey and good to see you!! :grinheart Needs must when the devil drives so do what's necessary. I hope you're enjoying your new home.

Laura, please don't worry about replying to individual posts. It's mostly me who does that, but that's natural. You enjoy being away...and look ahead to coming home and potting your cash! :)

It's good to see you again, Delilahh, and sounds as though you've the perfect pots! We had a lovely cider bottle left outside our home last night....pity I didn't need it. :(

All good wishes in achieving your £2 a day challenge, getting-there-slowly! You'll be soooo happy next year if you can.

    That's terrific saving, DebtFreeASAP!!! :j

Great to see you, Palema, good saving too.

£7.43 in the pot for me, more than I'd though possible though. :D

Oh excellent, can I join in this one please, I need to try to get the car insurance for the end of next year in advance so I do not have to keep doing it in instalments. So I am aiming for £400 which will cover it and a little bit more.
    Debt Free...yay! 10/09/2013 :j
