Hello, I'd like to join you all please? I need to go and tidy up the house ready for the weekend and advent so I will look out for an old christmas tin that I can use as my savings pot.

I look forward to getting to know you all.

Good to hear that excitement bubbling over, out of debt at last.

Your well on your way now then, Mel, brilliant.

I missed 50p roadkill today; some guy got it instead. I had to stop myself kicking him on the ankle.

:rotfl: Oh, I loved that, Tiglath!! :rotfl:Next time fall onto him as though you've tripped then the foot goes on top of the coin to keep it safe while he helps you up! :j Aside from that he should have been a gentleman and offered it up! :D
Have posted my total back on SPC 5 but DDs managed to save £55.70 and £50.70 - they are going to use it to buy something they really want and not something they have already asked Santa for...

That made absolutely wonderful reading, kiplingmonkey. I'm so chuffed for them, for you too in getting them saving savvy. VERY well done and please congratulate them for me. :grinheart

Of course you're in for 2013, Oops, I wouldn't have it any other way, it's been just great so much of you this past year. You now show on the list as not having a Target, all the best with saving this year. Did sparky have your Total, if not pop it on SPC 5. I just can't recall how much it was now.

Oh, you enjoy that, Flat Eric!!! Take your time with which potto us for what. BTW, I've put your Target on the list - had to that with THAT much!!! All the best with it.

Ah good for you in getting on with the counting, black cat, could you please pop it on SPC 5, thanks.

Hello again, WER. I don't blame you with the VSP, so little cash around now. I'm so happy to hear Kas' life has got so much happier, she's a lovely lass and deserves it. Leave the signature business to me, you'll never forget it that way, ;)

Ah, just seen your latest post, WER, brilliant work!!! :j

A good start, cutestkids and getting-there-slowly.

  • Can I join you lovely folks too please - I've joined the £2 and the 20p savers thread so the only things safe from the pigs are 50p and £1 coins because I use them for parking at work although any road kill goes into the piggies
2014 20p savers club #2 I've given up trying to keep track of how much that pig eats!
2014 £2 savers club #3 - I've no idea, but the pig is beginning to get mighty heavy
