"Sealed Pot Challenge ~ No 6"

I got myself a lovely new sealed tin for this years challenge. The designs were a fiver, tenner of a 50 quid note (I have no idea what that's called, having rarely seen them!!). Of course I went for a tin covered in a giant 50 pound note!!

Christened it with a £1 and remembered that I found 20p roadkill the other day, well actually in a parking machine when I got my own change so have added that too. Have some shrapnel hanging around so am adding that too!!

I'm so excited :j and apparently very easily pleased!! :rotfl:

I don't have a target but we are hoping to go somewhere very exciting for Christmas next year with some friends (shhh it's a surprise for DD) so anything I do save will be used as spending money for our trip to see Mickey at Christmas). That is of course if we actually end up doing that as I want to buy a house next year...we'll see.

Don't knock that, mossy, it's really wonderful to see such enthusiasm about the challenge...and possible results of what saving hard can achieve so you be as excited as you wish...and, don't worry....:shhh: I won't say a word to your DD, promise! :silenced:

Hello everyone

My first amount potted for SPC6 is £1.19. I have a little left over from this year in my two pots but I haven't bothered to count it. I'm going to set a target this year for £700. Good luck everyone.
