Belated birthday wishes Jakes-mum, hope you had a fabulous day. Here's an extra cake to have with a cuppa. :bdaycake: :coffee:

I've potted about £5 over the last week or so. Just keep shovelling it in when I can.

I've been bought NINE bags of coffee cream chocs plus an assorted box of chocs by my DS and DIL. Anybody would think it's my birthday or something. :D
DD bought me the Nook that was in the MSE weekly email the other week. How lucky am I? :T

    Morning all.

    Popped into Wilko's yesterday, spent £1, gave £10 note, got 9 x £1 coins (no £5 notes)!!
    Decided to pot them all, along with a 50p and 3 x 20p's = £10.10 potted.

Looks like it's going to be a "free" Xmas. lol

    £310+ potted so far.

ModestyB - still waiting for my Nook - should be "Nookying" soon. ;)

Sounds like everyone is doing really well.

Been potting odd bits here and there but nothing particularly noteworthy.

Still haven't found any road kill which is a sadness to me!

Very simple lyndsb. Grab yourself a pot and put all your change in it. Our esteemed leader Sue-UU will be along shortly (she has family issues at the moment so might not be straight away) and she will give you a number that is yours forever and ever and ever. :rotfl:

That's exactly how you do it :) Sue will be along sometime soon to give you a number that you should display proudly on your signature. She is here a little less frequently at the moment as she is caring for a poorly relative but when she pops in she will get you sorted.

Have a read through the first post so you know what's what. It also has some great tips :)

As soon as you have got yourself some form of sealed container you can begin potting but be sure to keep us updated on how you're getting on 'cause we're [STRIKE]nosey[/STRIKE] very caring.

Jakes-mum and LC2 are like our role models. Don't listen if Sparky says anything bad about them ;) Sparky is our counter-upper and keeper of the yearly totals. Him and Sue try their hardest to keep us in check!
