    I've been Money Tipped!
    Morning all.

jakes-mum - hope you had a great day. Belated happy birthday.

Not shopped much over the weekend as tidied up the garden (after it stopped raining!!).

Potted the £4 (4 x £1 coins) I needed to reach £300. No target date for the next £100, just see how it goes. Half-way point next Tuesday for those counting. lol :D

    £300+ potted so far.

Oh dear, I've missed so many posts :o must try to catch up properly later. I've not had much to pot because of a myriad of birthdays, anniversaries and a wedding to attend next Saturday but I've just emptied my purse of change around 70p 'ish which will have to do for now.

    Hugs to nell, take heart.....

    Welcome to new baby Harry!

Belated happy birthday jakes-mum and welcome to any newbies!

Have a great day all x

Ruth what on earth did the poor bird do?

Rosy - She has worked out just the right pitch of squeal that goes right through me and does it if I'm not doing whatever she wants me to do. She has been a little gem all weekend though until this morning but i think she can tell what day it is and know I'm off to work :(

Ooo crimson you have noooo idea how spoilt the young man is, im surprised we didnt bring him a present home tbh, if we had seen a pet shop im sure he would have ended up with something, so prob a good job we didnt :D

Jakes-mum - Glad to hear he's loved and spoiled :D And happy belated birthday. Sounds like you had a wonderful day x

Saturday - i watched (and filmed) a baby bird hatching. I just need to work out how to strip the audio and speed up the video (20 minutes long) then i will share with everyone :) The man that used to own Squash decided he wanted her back for who knows what reason so i had to have a chat with him and he decided that he didn't want her back but he wasn't happy that i had her..... then he decided i can have her...... who knows what will happen next. I was polite which everyone was impressed about but when he said he wasn't going to take her from me i burst into tears, stupid bird! lol.

Sunday - 0r@nge decided to corrupt my sim card so i am currently phoneless until they send me a new card which they promised would be today. Originally it would be friday but i told them i need my phone for work and if they want me to be able to pay for my phone bill i'll need to work.

So good and bad weekend but sadly not managed to pot anything :(

I know that I am a little late for this year but i've only just found your site and have been finding much of the advice very useful.

A little extra cash for Christmas would be really helpful so I'd love to join you

    welcome Mark

Sue-UU our fearless leader and keeper of the member numbers is currently dealing with a family issue but will appear at some point and allocate you your very own shiny number and ask you to pop it into your signature (go to top of page, click 'quick links' then 'edit signature' to do this. She will also ask you to read post 1 as it contains lots of information about the challenge including what can and cant be included in your pot :D

Sparky is our counter upper and it helps him greatly if you decide to bank any of your potted money (or if you need to raid it for an emergency) that you put that amount in your signature next to your number as this means no pennies get missed off the total.

All you need now is to find something to chuck your change in as your already one of us, you dont ever need to rejoin as we collect people here so your name will always get pasted across each year to the new thread :D

Ooh jakes-mum, that could sound a bit creepy out of context :rotfl:

1p roadkill found in the bottom of my handbag - thought I'd checked every nook and cranny when I started this challenge so a nice wee surprise (yes, I know it's only 1p :rotfl:)

ooohh I am mad......bloomin Agency I was working for......I have been owed one days pay for a day in mid April. I know its not the client that is holding the money back because I keep in touch with them socially!! Agency had just not replied to many emails I had sent them about it. But......finally, they are paying the one day, and they have finally told me the annual leave I have accrued (4.87 days), and they are finally sending out my P60, as I have a query with HM Revenue and Taxes which they cannot resolve until I send them a copy of the P60!

Finally, may get the money I am owed, but blimey what a struggle.
