I am not keeping a tally of what I save, but would like a nice surprise come november when my friend Cathy and I are going to open our sealed pots over a glass of wine and hopefully pat ourselves on the back for making Christmas 2013 just that little bit more enjoyable!
thanks very much and what a great idea!

Well we are back from our weekend away, oooooooooo it was lovely! DH and My bed was roughly 8ft wide  I rolled over twice and still couldnt find him! t was like he wasnt even in there! . . . it was the best nights sleep ive had in 15 years :rotfl:
The kids were just a delight all weekend as well and woke me up at 8:50  this morning to bombard me with birthday presents and cardsI have ALOT of chocolate and have already been asked when im sharing :rotfl: I also got the new Dan Brown book so cant wait till tomorrow when the kids are in school and I can sit unbothered and read to my hearts content, not even the comps board will get a look in I dont think
Am off to my mums for my dinner as its not acceptable to make your own tea on your birthday it seems . . . no such luck for the washing and drying, cleaning etc
Ooo crimson you have noooo idea how spoilt the young man is, im surprised we didnt bring him a present home tbh, if we had seen a pet shop im sure he would have ended up with something, so prob a good job we didnt
Also had some excellent news on our return, DH's DLA appeal letter had arrived yesterday and the courts have awarded him HRM and backdated it to his original claim date of last July  :j :j so ill have back some of the money I had saved for our new car but had to use for day to day living and should now only need about £4k on a CC (0% on purchases of course!) so I am having an fabulous day
And just to top off my day, 2 x £2 coins in the tinSPC No 002 SPC(3) £285/£250 (4) £519.84/£500 (5) £768.32/£500 (6) £911.30/£600 (7) £913.23/£600 (8) £1184.82/£750 (9) £2864.04/£750 (10) £3846.25/£1000 (11) £1779.72/£1000 (12) £1596.55/£1000 (13) £1534.70/£1000 (14) £775.60/£1000 (15) £700.20/£1000 (16) £2081.34/£1000 (17) £1691.15/£1000 (18) £225/£10000 -
