Nell Hope the car boot went well, they scare me!!
Bought tickets for Big Church Day Out next weekend and it ended up not costing as much as I thought, so I decided to pot a £2 coin that I got in my change.Such a satisfying feeling potting one of those bad boys!!
Also sold our iMac and have banked £300 towards the moving fees. That should pay for most of the survey on our new house. :T

Happy birthday to Jakes mum and you had such lovely weather as well today.
The bootsale netted £109.20. Mum really enjoyed it....said she wouldnt want to do it every week, but once a year she thinks it would be fun! Anyway as for the money, we have split the £100 between us and she insisted I kept the extra £9.20. So....the £9.20 has gone in the pot, and the £50 will be going towards getting some head scarves to cover my head when I have chemo, and some other stuff that I will need. But at least its not money that I will have to worry about finding now!SPC No:118:j (6) £468.74 (7)

Potting a mighty 5p today, thank goodness it's 9 days until payday! Clinging on to most of my pennies until then. My poor pot isn't getting fed much latelySPC '21 #0750 -
Happy birthday, jakes-mum, sounds like you have had a lovely one! Enjoy kicking back with your new book tomorrow
Well, hope everyone has had a lovely weekend! It has been nice and sunny down here; spent a lovely day at the Devon County Show yesterday (free tix, yippee) and even managed not to lose any children in the crowds. A highlight was the magic roundabout in the flowers tent, which included cauliflower sheep... If I could only work out how to do it, I would upload my phone pic to share
Ice creams and a few foodie purchases = change in purse, so managed to pot an impressive £6.91, including two lovely £2 coins for the cowpotthe most I have potted at once for quite some time.
Followed by a fine night at a friend's charity BBQ... All good fun, but my body tells my mind that it is no longer built for staying up partying until 4am :rotfl: So I am now off to bed.
Nighty night everyone, stay well and happy and keep potting xxSPC No. 104 (oh no I've lost my magic 2000!)
SPC 2013: £378.23 (paid for Christmas, yippee!)
