Went to buy a car park ticket yesterday and my pound got stuck, so I pressed the button to get my pound back and got £3 back!!!!!!!!! Potted the extra £2 :j:j

Morning all, hope everyone's having a good day.

Welcome to our newbies, hope you enjoy being part of the best, friendliest thread on this site!

I have only potted my usual £1 per day in the vw campervan pot and I got 2 x £2 for the owls head yesterday in change from tesc0s.

Well as you all know, I have had a german student staying and he finally goes home on saturday, yay! We asked him if he wanted to go out for a meal and he picked an Indian. He wanted to compare a restaurant meal to mine and he said my Indians were better! Felt good about that!

Got a treat tonight, we are going to Browns in Cambridge for a meal, haven't been there in years so looking forward to a 'no cook night'.

Don't worry Mark you are already one of us!!! Sue will be along as soon as she can she has a very poorly relation at the moment so her priorities have to be there but she will soon be back. In th mean time keep potting and posting cos we love to know everything about you!!! Are you saving for anything special?

Managed to siphon another £1.42 from my Spends for the Week....I get paid tomorrow so might be able to put a little more as well once I've gone Shopping...

But I'm finally over a fiver!! :j I don't care if it's only a little bit at a time...I still have 6 months to go before I have to pay for Christmas....and I WILL get there!!

Thank you, it was my birthday on Tuesday, (yesterday), I just had my pressies early. :j Had a lovely day anyway despite having to go to the drs.
Potted £1.88 after DH took me for drink.

Ooh, thank you for the cake, I'll enjoy that with a cup of coffee. It was my birthday yesterday and DD's was on Saturday so we went for a meal then as a joint celebration. Some of the nicest people I know have May birthdays.
