    Hey guys,
Pocket shrapnel squeezed into the pot today.

I'm in a dilemma now - I know we are halfway to the target date next Tuesday (which is also my birthday - yes, yet another May birthday - me and Kylie Minogue - my twin sister LOL!). I'm unsure whether to empty the bulging pot to bank halfway through and start the pot again or.... just get another pot??? What do others do when the pot is starting to get to bursting point??

Happy belated birthday, modestyb! Hope it was a good 'un :D

Welcome new potters, and don't worry about your numbers, you'll get them before long. As has been said, you're ours now, so you might as well get used to it ;)

I have just discovered that my son is God. So I am going to enjoy the enhanced maternal status of being the Mother of God :rotfl:

Unsealed the tin as needed some car park change (did swap for a £5 note); couldn't resist a quick totting up, and was extremely pleased to find I have got up to £157.20, yay! Plenty of time left until count up, so should smash the £200 target and then have a lovely time buying everyone's pressies guilt (and credit) free :T

Have a lovely evening one and all, I am now off for a lovely soak in the bath as my reward for hauling myself down to the gym earlier (it seemed very hard going today :o)

PS. DS has the part of God in his year 6 play in case anyone was wondering about my sudden elevated status :rotfl:
SPC No. 104 (oh no I've lost my magic 2000!)

Oh gosh, I have well and truly slipped in the cash pot saving. I came back off a lovely holiday and then the next week, someone crashed into my car (drink driver), luckily whilst it was parked and I wasnt in it, but its a write off and now I have the stress of going through car insurance loopholes to try and get a fair settlement!

Hoping to be back on the money saving road soon!

    Happy Belated Birthday Modestyb! :bdaycake:

5p change to pot today. I took some cash out of the bank for foodie spends for Big Church Day Out this weekend, but as my budget isn't much I'm not sure if I'll have any change left over....you never know though! :o

Feeling absolutely exhausted at the moment...thank goodness it's only two more days until half term!!!!!! :T When you drive in to work feeling knackered it's not a good sign that the rest of the day is going to go well!!! :o

On the plus side, was a good girl and loaded the dishwasher after dinner, have just sorted out as much of tomorrows pack up as I can before the morning, folded some washing and put a load in. Which for a Wednesday evening is pretty impressive for me! :D I just have to keep telling myself that it only takes five minutes to do and will save me lots of stress in the morning!!

Right, just time to nip on to my online courses before I wash DD's hair and then watch The Apprentice!! ;) Hope everyone is having a good week. x
Saving for Disney again, oops why book one Disney holiday when you can book two!

whizzybee that sucks. :( Hope you're able to get it sorted out without too much trauma. Like you said, at least you weren't in it.
