Sparky hun...Yep, have been a few times but not since before 9/11...so it's been a VERY long time since I've been....

I really want to go up to Niagara Falls for a couple of days while I'm there if I can....It's on my Bucket List and has been for a LONG LONG time....I've seen a Website that does a 2-Day trip to Niagara for just under £200 which includes the Coach Journey and the Hotel....not sure if I can do it cheaper by myself or not....I'll have to have a look...

If we're there at the same time I'd love to meet up with you and your OH for a meal or something...xxx

    Hello everyone :j...

The DW handed me surprise coinage today (the shock - the horror) :rotfl:  :rotfl:...a handful of the stuff :j...It's been sitting in the bottom off her bag apparently :rotfl: :D :rotfl:. I'm glad she hasn't dropped that bag on her foot...it would have caused some damage :p.
Happy Anniversary LC, I forgot to say the other day :A.

[STRIKE]Refereeing[/STRIKE] Looking after 'The twosome of terror' at the moment :rotfl:...No major incidents yet - but there are a few hours till bedtime yet .

    Happy potting everyone

    Happy Easter all...:icotbaske

In true money saving fashion, I went out between snow showers and cleaned my car!!! Not the best job done, but certainly cheaper than the nice Polish young men that I normally take it to...

Had a bit of an 'ouch' month as DD has been whisked away to the UAE to stay with her boyfriends family....which of course saw my bank account several hundred pounds lighter as a result:(

    However...she is enjoying herself...so that's a bonus ( I think!)

Managed to pot another £3.70 today....:T

Just a quick check-in, then awol for the rest of the weekend as going to mum's and cooking Easter lunch for her...

Have spent the day tidying up; no shrapnel found, but I did discover 40 euros! Will come in handy for our s!jour en France in August ;)

Have a very happy Easter everyone, and don't overdo the chocolate eggs :easter_ba

Ahh typical eh, skilly, she's checking out the nudist beach FIRST!! Wrong time of year, Ruby, it'll all be shrivelled and not worth a view! :rotfl:

    :o  I didn't know, honest! :o
Nobody mad enough to be out in the nid thank goodness :rotfl:
We walked Shell Bay to Dancing ledge, it was glorious, cold but sunny, with horses & dog walkers out on the beach. We saw Kestrels, Shags & an Egret, and a bird we still can't identify tho you or skilly might know? A flock of them mostly black with a stubby white tail flying really low above the sea?
Managed to pot a couple of £ on our return too so happy with that.
Hope everyone has a lovely Easter :)

:easter: Happy Easter Peeps!! Church did an amazing Good Friday installation/reflection type thing this evening. It was really good, feeling chilled and peaceful now. :)

Just managed to put another £400+ into our deposit savings which means we've now reached our £20k target. Woo hoo! Just the £3k for the fees to go now. ;) :T
