Roll on the 15th April!! That''s when my next student loan instalment is due, I am so skint until then.
I have nearly filled my first pot, which is one of those plastic upright quality street tubs. I don't think much (if anything) will be potted over the next 2wks, but might pop a couple of pence in here and there.
I know I haven't posted for an absolute age, but busy with uni and the kids, so have very limited time:oUnless someone like you cares a whole awful lot,
Nothing is going to get better. It's not.0 -
Morning all.
Just 50p potted - change from fish and chips as only £4.50 - it would have been better if they'd been £5.50 - £4.50 potted then. lol
I don't count part £'s, so.................
£206+ potted so far.

Many thanks for popping your No on, Brass_Triumphant. I go with the others, it's a great idea to have a nice surprise in November!
What a lovely collection, beccah!!SusanneCape wrote:Been potting sporadically through this week as I decided to take a break from "twin" shopping. DH is threatening to relieve me of my bank cardsso this is now serious
:D!
Oh dear, Susanne, that's the only problem when we're expectant Grannies, we too get carried away with it all, yet in a way....why not!! Definitely best to slow down - for a little while maybe..... You have a lovely Easter too.ToniLiz wrote:Been for a cheeky rummage in my hubby's trousers (not half as much fun as it sounds...!) and grabbed handful of coinage to chuck in the pot.
That a girl, ToniLiz, I'm sure they'd far sooner do it when they're in them, but......
Have a lovely time, EchoDelta.
All the best with your dream holiday, Helen.
Good to see you again so soon, nu1isit?.
I hope your DD really enjoys it all in the UAE, wiggysgirl, what a place to go to and such an experience!!
Keep plugging away at it, themstarrynights, you've still time to save a good bit do dedicate yourself to saving!!!rosyq wrote::eek: I didn't know, honest!

Nobody mad enough to be out in the nid thank goodness :rotfl:
We walked Shell Bay to Dancing ledge, it was glorious, cold but sunny, with horses & dog walkers out on the beach. We saw Kestrels, Shags & an Egret, and a bird we still can't identify tho you or skilly might know? A flock of them mostly black with a stubby white tail flying really low above the sea?
Managed to pot a couple of £ on our return too so happy with that.
I was only joking about you going to view the nudist beach, Ruby, though there is one there at Studland where people 'hang out' for sure! From Shell Bay to Dancing Ledge is so beautiful, I'm so pleased you really enjoyed yourselves. Hubby & I are birders, but I'm blowed if we can think what fits the " mostly black with a stubby white tail" unless you're talking about Oystercatchers. They've quite a bit of white on them, but it depends on the angle you view them as to how much white you see. They almost always fly low and in flocks. What do you think?
Splendid news about your savings, mossy, you've so much to look ahead to!!!!! Well done to your Church for chilling folk out.
It's so good to see you back, ClaireS93!! Keep potting every penny possible, you'll notice it in November.little_sweetie wrote: »Dear FiL gave me a lovely bag of 20p's on Thursday containing £4.60 so I've added 2 more coins and will be banking £5 :T

All things considered, redmel, you're doing so well to have already filled a QS tub! I know it's tough, but keep it going!! :jSue x
