    Hi all

I am aiming to save £3600 in 2013, which is a big deal for us! OH made his first £28 from Etsy today, so that is a start. Looking at selling stuff on ebay plus i will be doing some overtime in feb.. I'm going to put half in FD regular savings and the rest in M&S savings account in case it is needed.

    Good luck everyone!

  • Happy New Year!

I just checked my balances to see if my savings DD have gone through yet... They haven't but I have been paid the princely sum of £1.57 interest on my ISA.

    It's a start :)

Happy New Year everyone! My brand new regular savings account is now open and I'm just waiting to get the log on details so I can start paying in. Have just started my big New Year house clean and declutter, ooh I love a shiny new year! Am staying off the booze for the month of January (have joined Cancer Research's Dryathlon) and intend to live a more healthy lifestyle from now on. Need to severely cut down on junk food and takeaways which will help with our savings challenge too. I love everyone's enthusiasm on here, long may it continue!
