Morning LL,
Haha you made me laugh with the mumbly little chav comment. Typical teenager, he must love you though to cry on your shoulder and want to come back:)
We don't have an A1di in our town, it went and was replaced with F$rmfoods. Not sure what that is like, I assume its lots of frozen ready meals like lceLand. ??
Sounds like you did a good shop well done.
You are doing well with NSD's too. I am hoping that I will have a good long run of NSD's now. All shopping is done and I don't count budgeted petrol & food as they are unavoidable. My budget for those is sooo small they can't be classes as un-necessary:o.
I am planning on having a warm NSD today, just got childrens Nativity to pop up for this afternoon and that is it.
Have a good day hun xxx0 -
contemplated just sending flowers to a friend for xmas....put all my details in. and then reminded my self that i can not afford to be so generous.
this has saddened my day. but i am pleased i stayed strong. go me.
Well done hun, its hard to get out of the old habits isn't it.
I had something similar yesterday. Its a friends birthday tomorrow, and I have to get her something as she bought for my birthday so I managed to find a really nice bracelet of mine, and I tied on a label from somewhere else and put it in a pretty bag. It looks brand new :T. I had'nt budgeted for her present (Totally forgot) and did'nt want to blow the budget, as it might mean a bill bouncing.
WELL DONE US :T:T:T:T0 -

NSD 8/15 for me
wooop.
tomorrow will be another NSD i think as just going work & home & nto going out and clearly not doing any shopping.
checked my bank. i am £155 IN CREDIT with 2 weeks to go to official payday. (which is 27th not real pay day which is 19th). by this time i usually am £50 into my overdraft. and i've paid waht i would of usually paid off my credit cards in the whole month in just 2 weeksfor this i am very proud. #
so for my £150 i need £50 for petrol (monday 17-27th). £3 for lunches next week only (as am off the following week). which means HOPEFULLY i should have about £95 to my name by the time i get paid. as i am usually £200 overdrawn. this is an amazing though so fingers corssed i can make it. tbh...even £1 in credit will make me pleased. everything will obviously go on my credit card.
i also feel a bit happy that i am managing to be this frugal.....in december. usually i would of thought sod it i'll spoil us for xmas. but no. no time for spoiling.Facing up to things - nov 2012 total 9334.95

Hi hun,
Your comment about your lodger made me chuckle...I hope that he's settled down a bit today. I think it's wonderful that he wants to stay with you and by the sounds of it, he thinks quite a lot about you and your family
Congrats on still having money in the bank...that's fantastic news!
Well done on the NSD's...I've given up this month, it's just too hectic here for me to get to grips with them.
Well done on the Aldi shop too, I'm looking forward to when we get a Lidl store nearer home.0 -
thanks purple.
today IS bacon cob day.....but my friend has bought me one inso again NSD.
i have been to tescos this morning because lamb is half price & as we dont have turkey at xmas i thought good deal but that money has come out of the christmas food budget so not out of my bank.
i've woken up in a great mood today so lets hope it stays. the roads were empty this morning on my drive to work so that always helps

Morning LL
Well done on all your NSD's. Its amazing what you can achieve if you set your heart on it.
Hope you enjoy your bacon cob...Hmm I could just eat that myself
Fab news on your having money left over at the end of the month. I haven't experienced that for years as have been constantly living out of our overdraft. Am hoping by spring 2013 I too will sometimes have cash left over at the end of the month. That would be a lovely feeling.
Hope you have a great day, Keep smiling xx0
