    Headache gones today :)

Hi Aamberle good to have you along :) that doesnt sound like my idea of a fun christmas! hope they bring some food and drink with them!

i have had better starts to Friday...had to change my tyre att he side of the road. got a screw in my tyre so that will be mean money for the trye! Grrrr! but hey! at least i did it. nothing gets past this 26yr old blonde! i didnt even panic cry which i tend to do alot haha. :)

this afternoon i have my works mas party. although it is a free bar i have chosen to drive.
    1) i dont want to be trapped with my work collegues by having to get a bus home.
    2) i;d of had to get 2 buses to work and then a bus to the party, then two buses back which is about a tenner in bus tickets. i think not!
    3) i'm out with some friends tomorrow and wouldnt want to ruin it by having a hangover :)

tonight hubs and i are having a nice dinner in so i'm really hoping today is going to be a NSD :)

hope you all have a good day :) x

  • Morning LL,

Glad to hear you managed to avoid the pressure of going to the inlaws for Christmas. 133 miles worth of fuel would cost loads more than you cooking Christmas dinner and you will also have a bettery Christmas. Well done you xx

I always think its wise to stay sober and a works party. You need to keep your witts about you, incase the office letch tries is luck :rotfl:.

I am amazed you changed your tyre. I would have no clue and have to wait heaven only knows how long for a disgruntled RAC man to come out and do it. :T:T:T:T:T Girl Power xx

Enjoy your Friday and you girly night Saturday xx
  • Hi lurvly,

Well done on the NSD yesterday, that's fab! Glad that your headache has now gone too.

Well done for changing your tyre, that's more than what I can do :o I've had two puntures in the space of a month and not once did I change it.

I think you've made a good decision with regards to the Christmas do, £10 in bus fares is quite a lot of money; I hope you have a great time.

Enjoy your meal with DH tonight x
