Hi guys!
last January i successfully reclaimed £912 from Natwest for Bank Charges incurred from back to 2004.
But poring through my finances this morning has alerted me to 6 more charges totalling £228 from between January 07 and the beginning of this month (March 08).
I was wondering if it is possible to claim these back after a successful reclaim 15 months ago? And if so, do i go about it the same way as before, or is there a new process?0 -
Well, if a theif robbed you last year & you prosecuted him, would you be asking if you could prosecute him again if he came & robbed you again?0

Haha! That's a fair way of looking at it i suppose. I was hoping that there'd be others who've experienced the same sort of thing and acted upon it.0

There are plenty who have been in your shoes, myself included. You can reclaim again.0

My mum has just been on the phone and i was telling her about it and she said that all charge reclaims were on hold due a pending court case!? Is this true?0
