if your still being charged bank charges then put it a claim, if you know how much you have been charged then you can skip the 1st letter, but please bear in mind, that the bank charges saga are on hold, so you may only get the standard we are looking in to the situation, but as long as you have got the letter in the system, and say, banks are told you have charged to much it can only be xx, your already in the queue. xxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0 -
Hi, I successfully claimed bank charges a few months ago. I have had £200 worth of charges since then. Does anyone know if you can reclaim again?0

You can claim again yes (unclaimed charges only), but it would probably be better if you can come to some arrangement with the bank in question without opening another case. If they will not settle in full without a case, then start again, but if this claim relates to a current account then your case will be put on hold due to the OFT case. If it relates to anything other than a current account, then it should proceed without any extra delay.0

If you've not signed anything to prevent you claiming future charges then you should be able to. Be aware the bank are more likely to close your account if you claim again. You should also try and get to the cause of why you have incurred further charges. There are lots of good articles on the site about managing your money better, so hopefully you can avoid more charges.0 -
I claimed back my charges (amounting to just under £1000) from HSBC 1 year ago.
Is it possible to try and claim again from them?

Have a look at what you've signed, but it's probably along the lines of 'full and final with no future claims'
I thought you were proud to be dealing with your debts? Why go back to overdrawing on your account?0 -
 i've been charged £360 in bank charges since i accepted their offer to repay £1000 accrued over 6yrs. can i reclaim again?0

Hi,
As long as you never signed anything to say that you would not reclaim again, and you accepted any payments as part payment & not a final settlement, then you can go ahead and reclaim, if you are succesful this time, can I suggest you ditch your bank, and show your annoyance at ongoing charges by voting with your feet, and move to another bank (not that a new bank will be any different!)
Hope this helps
