EXPIRED code stack at BHS on xmas giftshop range - cheapish hampers etc

Just had an email saying my orders have been dispatched

One included a sweet hamper and one didn't

Both orders were placed 22 November

Not sure if that helps anyone

Well my one hamper arrived yesterday - the savoury one - definately not worth the £70 - prob not even £35, but definately worth £20!

My other remaining order - I have had the £3 socks delivered and have an e-mail telling me the other part of the order has been delayed and they will contact me. (fingers crossed - might e-mail them!)

Just had the first order delivered (that wasnt a hamper) And only one item for £14 wasnt despatched.I've been charged £13.60 for £25.50's worth of stuff,and it says only the two £5 codes worked(So I don't know how thy've worked it!) But I can live with that as still got a good deal, but a bit concerned they might try and send the other item and charge fullprice! One hamper still being packed...

Hmm - that doesn't sound sright if you have an order confirmation and have authorised a certain amount to be taken from your account. Shouldn;t they have checked that you still wanted to buy at the new price?

As an aside, mine is still being packed. How long does it take to bang some biscuits and wine into a wicker basket?

Someone I know ordered a hamper and it got cancelled. She has complained/hounded on facebook, twitter and phoned them. Yesterday BHS have given her a £25 voucher as a good will gesture. Today they also offered her the hamper at the discounted price with a further 10%, again as a gesture of good will. Might be worth kicking up a stink.

Mine still "being packed"!!! Credit card transaction has vanished so I suppose it will be cancelled. Would be nice for them to bother telling me though!:p
