    The savoury ones have been in and out of stock since last Friday. Not showing in stock at the moment. The way BHS has handled this is unbelievable. I am shocked that their customer service has been so bad.

    I moaned on facebook and their reply was to private mail them order number etc and they would look into it for me. Im not a big facebook user but would imagine companies dont like to see complaints written on them so try and deal with it quickly?

    I eventually got through, now waiting for a call back, doubt it will happen.

  • My order has just disappeared off the website now! No cancellation email, nothing! The company is clearly clueless about customer service and managing this situation in a completely chaotic and unprofessional manner. :eek:
  • I got this reply, via Facebook- though it is still showing as being in packing-
    I am writing in response to your recent message on Facebook.

    I was concerned to hear that you have not received your order. Unfortunately upon looking into this, I can see that there was a technical error on your order. Upon looking at this, I can see that your order had multiple discounts, unfortunately only 1 discount can be used on orders. Your order was cancelled due to this error. We therefore have not charged you for this order.

    I can only apologise for any inconvenience that this may have caused. Should you have any other queries, please do not hesitate to contact us directly.
  • i ordered a choc hamper from them last fri, it was being packed for ages then they cancelled it saying it was out of stock when it was still available. i contacted them on mon via facebook and they sent me a xmas card with a £25 voucher...think they may have had a few people doing the same

    Well.....finally an HONEST answer! :T

    My email was some guff about them going to pick it off the shelves and noticing it was
    all gone.....yeah right :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
