EXPIRED code stack at BHS on xmas giftshop range - cheapish hampers etc

Terrible service, I also am hanging in limbo "being packed" can't do anything until they sort this out as need anther pressie (or do I?).
Four days is too long to wait for a result......probably not a good one.

I got everything I ordered (half came today and half yesterday) so I've been one of the lucky ones, but I didn't order a hamper, so not sure if that's why??

Hermes left yesterdays parcel on my front door step in pouring rain mind you, which I wasn't to impressed with as u don't live in the best of areas, luckily it was still there and undamaged when hubby came home for lunch.

Hope everyone gets their problems with this sorted.

Hi don't give up hope of delivery yet! I ordered two festive hampers on Friday, I've just had a confirmation email for the first order, second "still packing" so fingers crossed.

well just recieved 3 of the chocolate hampers( and 3 bags of jelly beans)
defo not worth £70 which was the original price ?
smaller than expected but worth the £20 i paid for each of them
christmas shopping is now finished for me !!

I have no idea, the email I got stated that the hamper was not available (even though it was showing as available to buy online). I've emailed customer service about it and haven't recieved a reply yet.

I've emailed them also and not received a response. They're out of stock again now.

I ordered a savoury hamper on Friday. It is still showing as being packed, but they have taken the money now. It is supposed to be delivered by this Friday, so we'll see! :snow_grin

My order has been cancelled (2 hampers)... Bah Humbug, BHS!!! Oh well, means a little more money in my account, I guess!
