This happened with BHS a few years ago - cancelling code stacked orders with the excuse of no stock, which wasn't true. I placed a few orders, didn't get them whilst some other people did and then couldn't get into my account for several months - think they barred me :eek:

Thing is, when we place orders like this, we know there's a 50/50 chance of actually getting them. Yes it's disappointing when some get their orders and others don't but it's really just a case of some you win, some you don't.

I consider myself one of the lucky ones, I have now had all of my orders except the hampers (which I ordered on a whim in case my mum could make use of them for presents) confirmed. So I now have lots of presents sorted (really helpful with 54 people to buy for at christmas!!!)

I got an email saying my item (hamper) was out of stock, fair enough, but my friend ordered a hamper after me and the hamper was dispatched.
That is what my greivance is, I'm staying positive now, I still have my £50 xmas shopping budget which needs to last me until my january pay, so just on that note alone, I'm not too distraught.
The randomness and the way BHS handled it was poor imho though!

Ive still got a dozen packs of pillowcases from the glitch 2 years ago where you had to add something cheap to get your main item, anyone remember that lol ?

Just received my hamper, and I have to admit, I wish I had ordered more!

Mine still being packed. Still waiting for that cancellation - although I will be most annoyed to receive one a week after I first ordered. It's becoming a bigger PR disaster by the day!

The festive hamper I ordered on Weds has just arrived and I am very pleased, took the stuff out and it looks really nice, and looks better than I expected :j

Sadly the 2 I ordered on Friday are showing as not available......although they havent emailed to say that, but its showing on my account.
