EXPIRED code stack at BHS on xmas giftshop range - cheapish hampers etc

Yay one hamper received, described as luxury and they are very pleased with it. My other order is still packing so will have to look elsewhere for a replacement. I've not received a cancellation email.

Just had another email. Now I am getting everything delivered apart from the hamper.......... UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!

Reagardless of any issue with codes, I am so angry that people who placed their orders AFTER ME already have theirs.

I ordered only one hamper for my in-laws on friday morn and am delighted to say I got an email today to say it's being dispatched... thank to you all that's one difficult prezzie down.

Though I think it did no harm to email them when I saw my hamper was still at the warehouse stage up until today. I just laid it on heavy in the email, that I was regular customer of BHS & had only placed my first order with them online because I was expecting the same excellent customer care as provided by their instore staff. So hoped I wasn't misplacing my trust in them... hey presto I received the confirmation when I thought for certain it would be more like a cancellation!

Maybe worth a try for those still at the warehouse stage with their orders?

I thought they'd agreed to honour your order after you spoke to them. Are they now going back on their word?

knew this bargain would turn out too good to be true, BHS say in the item tracking these items were despatched, and marked as delivered by courier on Saturday, but they didnt get delivered to me...so either someone has my lamps or bhs didnt in fact fullfill this order, funny how its missing from the website now, got to wait until wednesday to find out what happened to my delivery ?????

Same here. I keep waiting for a cancellation email. I ordered one hamper to be delivered to a relative. I'll report back when/if I hear anything from BHS, but I don't think I will be bothering to order from them again.
