EXPIRED code stack at BHS on xmas giftshop range - cheapish hampers etc

Thanks op ordered 2 party dresses for my little girl on Thursday they have now been dispatched.

My full order is now showing as dispatched and received an email from them this morning, I didn't order any hampers so not sure if this makes a difference...

Mind you part of my order was showing as dispatched in Friday, and now its all turned into one order so not too sure what's going on.

Guess its just a waiting game now to see if and what turns up.

I ordered 3 hampers seperately on friday, one says its been cancelled other two say being packed

I ordered two hampers and received a cancellation e mail to say the whole of the second order was cancelled even though I ordered other stuff beside a hamper. So, I emailed them asking them to cancel the first one (as I had intended to mix and match the items to make two varied hampers) and was told I could not do this.
It all seems very random.

My hamper order has completely vanished from my order history...along with my money....not happy:mad:

One of my orders has been despatched and the other part despatched so looking good. Didn't order any hampers though.

This whole thing has made it very unlikely that I will ever order from them again. If they had admitted that the code stacking was a glitch and cancelled all orders with an honest explanation instead of cancelling orders at random that would have been fair enough.
