Mine arrived this morning, but I didn't get the one I ordered (savoury). Got the chocolate one instead. I'm not complaining though!
Ha ha I'd still complain!!! I'm guessing they wouldn't take the chocloate one back and they might still send you the savoury one lol!!! They need a shake up after this fiasco. As with any of these essentially glitches, it is always a bit of a will we won't we situation, but there seems no rhyme or reason to what they are sending and what they aren't. I did a number of orders, for me, my Mum and my father in law to help them out with their Christmas shopping. So far the only orders that have been sent are my Mum's ones which are slap bang in the middle of my orders and the one for my father in law!!!Make £2012 in 2012 member #88

Well the first one i ordered was cancelled, the second one is dispatched ordered aver an hour later,
3rd order is part dispatched (ie - the £3 add in is delivered but hamper not!)
4th Order - ordered after 12pm was all cancelled!Weight loss challenge, lose 15lb in 6 weeks before Christmas.0 -
I had an order for hamper and an order some kitchen/Xmas stuff/kids socks (6 items)
The hamper still ok but the other order was cancel due to no stock - eh? All of it?
I will call Monday to complaint...I love this site and all chums, but its making a dent in my bank account!!!
Have lots of things I want, but dont necessarily need... Must DO BETTER!!! :A0 -
Yep. Pretending there is no stock when we're all looking at them online is ludicrous. It won't do their reputation any good at all and whilst people are taking advantage of the codes, ultimately they were used legitimately.
Cancelling full orders rather than asking people if they want other aspects of it (i.e. those items that 'are' in stock lol) is showing a total disregard for their clients, many of who probably won;t risk ordering anything else over Christmas in case the same things happen. Had a look at the Facebook page and this code stacker combined with the Spin 2 Win fiasco is a huge PR disaster at the busiest time of the year.
I only ordered one hamper, along with some other gifts and pyjamas. I agree that cancelling an enire order is ludicrous. I wouldn't have been so hacked off if they had offered to deliver the rest of it. I was especially annoyed that some people who ordered theirs after me had theirs dispatched which was really unfair.
I called up this afternoon to complain. I was on hold for 10 mins waiting for the call to be answered. When I did get to speak to somebody, he put me on hold for a further 5 minutes. He told me he could find no reason for the cancellation and blamed it on a "system glitch". He offered to place the order again for me and when I asked if it would be the same price he put me on hold for another 5 minutes to find out! When he came back on the line he told me he would charge me the full price for the items and then refund the difference in price between the two orders.
I had a funny feeling he wouldn't do this........so I called back an hour later to check (PMT does this sort of thing to me) and lo and behold no refund for the difference in price had been authorised!
Long story short - I spent around half an hour on the phone but it looks like I'll be getting my order for the price I initially paid.0 -
I have had an email to say that the chocolates I ordered for my father in law to give as presents have been dispatched this morning. So far then they have sent everything but the stuff that I ordered for me lol!!! I'm not holding out for the hampers but there again I'm also not that fussed if I get them or not but the other stuff would be nice!Make £2012 in 2012 member #88

They don't appear to have done this in any order. Some people who have ordered late have already had theirs dispatched. Some early orders have been cancelled and others are still being packed. It will be interesting to see how BHS respond to our emails and phone calls. Good luck to those who still haven't had the cancellation email.0
